【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardappliestodiamondwiresawsbeingusedinquarriesaswellasinprocessingplantsforcuttingmarble,graniteandotherstonesoutofamassofrocksinaquarryorofblockshavingbeenal-readyextracted.Themachinescanbeeitherstationaryortravellingonrailsduringoperation.Diamondwiresawsinthescopehaveanelectricmainmotor.Thisstandarddealswithmachinesworkinginonemainaxisaswellasinseveralaxes.Furthermore,thisstandarddoesnotdealwithproblemscausedbyanirregularstructureofthestonestobecut.Diamondwiresawsareintendedtobeusedwithdiamondcuttingwiresalsoreferredtoastoolsinthisstart-dard.Fortransportablemachines,thisstandarddealsonlywithmachinesusingcoatedwiretools.Thisstandarddealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttodiamondwiresaws,whentheyareusedasintendedandunderconditionsofmisusewhicharereasonablyforeseeablebythemanufacturer(seeClause4).ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththehazardsduringtransport,commis-sioning,useandmaintenance.Thisstandarddoesnotdealwithnoiseasasignificanthazard.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotdealwith:--operationunderextremeambientconditions(outsidethelimitsdefinedinEN60204-1);--upstreamanddownstreamconveyingelementsfortransportingthework-pieces.ThisdocumentisnotapplicabletomachineswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofitspublicationasEN.
