【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoverstwoclassesofflangedandcold-bendingqualitycold-workedstraight-seamsingleordoubleweldedausteniticsteelpipeintendedforhigh-temperatureandgeneralcorrosiveservices.Note18212;Whentheimpacttestcriterionforalow-temperatureservicewouldbe15ftx00B7;lbf[20J]energyabsorptionor15mils[0.38mm]lateralexpansion,someoftheausteniticstainlesssteelgradescoveredbythisspecificationareacceptedbycertainpressurevesselorpipingcodeswithoutthenecessityofmakingtheactualtest.Forexample,Grades304,304L,and347areacceptedbytheASMEPressureVesselCode,SectionVIIIDivision1,andbytheChemicalPlantandRefineryPipingCode,ANSIB31.3forserviceattemperaturesaslowasx2212;425x00B0;F[x2212;250x00B0;C]withoutqualificationbyimpacttests.OtherAISIstainlesssteelgradesareusuallyacceptedforservicetemperaturesaslowasx2212;325x00B0;F[x2212;200x00B0;C]withoutimpacttesting.Impacttestingmay,undercertaincircumstances,berequired.Forexample,materialswithchromiumornickelcontentoutsidetheAISIranges,andformaterialwithcarboncontentexceeding0.10%,arerequiredtobeimpacttestedundertherulesofASMESectionVIIIDivision1whenservicetemperaturesarelowerthanx2212;50x00B0;F[x2212;45x00B0;C].1.2GradesTP304H,TP304N,TP316H,TP316N,TP321H,TP347H,andTP348HaremodificationsofGradesTP304,TP316,TP321,TP347,andTP348,andareintendedforhigh-temperatureservice.1.3Twoclassesofpipearecoveredasfollows:1.3.1ClassSW8212;Pipe,single-weldedwithnoadditionoffillermetaland1.3.2ClassDW8212;Pipe,double-weldedwithnoadditionoffillermetal.1.4Optionalsupplementaryrequirementsareprovidedforpipewhereagreaterdegreeoftestingisdesired.Thesesupplementaryrequirementscallforadditionalteststobemadeand,whendesired,oneormoreofthesemaybespecifiedintheorder.1.5Table1liststhedimensionsofcold-workedsingle-ordouble-weldedstainlesssteelpipe.Pipehavingotherdimensionsmaybefurnishedprovidedsuchpipecomplieswithallotherrequirementsofthisspecification.1.6Thevaluesstatedineitherinch-poundunitsorSIunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Withinthetext,theSIunitsareshowninbrackets.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemarenotexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemmustbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnonconformancewiththespecification.Theinch-poundunitsshallapplyunlessthex201C;Mx201D;designationofthisspecificationisspecifiedintheorder.
