【摘要】:Thisstandardgivesguidanceonwritingthetechnicalspecificationfortheprocurementofturbine-drivengeneratorsandtheirauxiliariesforuseinelectricitygeneratingstations(powerstations).ThisGuideforprocurementisnotapplicabletoequipmentforuseinthenuclearreactorplantareaofnuclearpowerstations.OtherpossibleapplicationsofsuchequipmenthavenotbeenconsideredinthepreparationofthisGuide.Thegeneratorsmaybeair,hydrogen,orliquid-cooled.Theexcitationsystemmaybeofthestaticorrotatingrectifiertypefedbyastaticorrotatingpowersupply.TheequipmentcoveredbythisGuideisdefinedbyitsfunctionratherthandesigntype.Therefore,theguidancetothespecificationisstatedinperformancetermsratherthanbeingspecifiedbyadetaileddescriptionoftheequipmenttobesupplied.ThisGuideindicatestopotentialpurchasershowtheirspecificationshouldbepreparedsothat-theequipmenttypeandcapacityinterfacescorrectlywithotherelementsofthesystems;-predictedperformanceisachieved'-ancillaryequipmentisproperlysized,-reliability,availabilityandsafetyrequirementsareachieved,-properconsiderationisgiventotheevaluationprocessandthequalitymeasurestobeapplied.ThisGuidedoesnotdeterminethetypeofspecification(e.g.detailed,performance,functional)ortheextentofsupplyforanygivencontractwhichisnormallydecidedonthebasisofthepurchaser'sprojectstrategy.Itdoesnotcover-anycommercial,contractualorlegalissueswhicharenormallyinseparatepartsofanenquiry,-anyallocationofresponsibilitieswhicharedeterminedbythecontract.ThisGuidedoesnotprescribethearrangementofthedocumentsintheenquiry.NOTE:AsacomprehensiveEuropeanenvironmentalpolicyisstillunderpreparation,thisGuidedoesnotaddresstheenvironmentalimplicationsoftheequipment.
